The brand has finally put an official stamp on the device today, as it has confirmed the launch date of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G. The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will launch in India on February 17th. OnePlus took to its social media handles to reveal the launch date of the device and a teaser video, on top of giving us the launch date, showcases the design of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G as well. OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G launch date in India is February 17th

As seen in the tweet above, OnePlus will launch its OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G on February 17th in India. The teaser video also gives us a glimpse of the device’s design. The volume up and down buttons will be on the left side of the device, while the power button will be on the right side. Even after paying utmost attention, we could not spot the alert slider, so we’d have to wait it out for a while to receive an official confirmation on the same.

Moving on, the device will feature a flat display with a left-aligned single punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. At the back, the device will come with a triple rear camera setup.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G specifications (expected)

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is expected to feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will most likely feature a Dimensity 900 processor, which will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. The device is said to run on Android 12-based OxygenOS 12 skin out of the box.

There are, however, chances of the device coming to India with Android 11 out of the box. For photography, the device is expected to sport a triple rear camera setup – 64MP + 8MP + 2MP and a 16MP selfie shooter.
