“The OnePlus TV will be available in multiple screen sizes from 43-inch to 75-inch, the Bluetooth SIG listing”

OnePlus TV has been certified by Bluetooth SIG, revealing what could be the screen sizes of the upcoming television portfolio. Several models of the OnePlus TV have appeared in the database of the regulatory authority’s website. Notably, the smart TV has received the Bluetooth certification soon after the remote control for the same was certified by the same certification agency. The company had already confirmed that it is working on a smart TV, and the product will be launched initially in markets like India. Most recently, the brand’s Indian General Manager Vikas Agarwal told 91mobiles that OnePlus TV is the next big thing in the vendor’s lineup for the Indian market. Now, the Bluetooth certification suggests that the TVs’ launch may not be too far.

OnePlus TV Bluetooth certification
OnePlus TV is expected to be available in many size variants ranging from 43-inch to 75-inch

The OnePlus TV Bluetooth certification has many model numbers like 43Q2IN, 55Q1IN, 65Q2CN, and 75Q2US. This suggests that the company will be launching the TV in different screen sizes, namely 43-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch, and 75-inch. The letters including “IN”, “CN”, and “US” in the model numbers could be for specific markets such as India, China, and the United States, respectively. The certification has also revealed that the OnePlus TV will come with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and will be powered by Android TV. No other details about the TV’s other specs are mentioned in the certification.

According to the earlier reports, the OnePlus TV will be a premium offering with good specs at a relatively affordable price point, just like the smartphones from the brand. The company had already revealed that the OnePlus TV will be able to communicate with a smartphone without any barrier to form a single true ecosystem.

The AI-powered TV is expected to be always ready and anticipate user needs to provide the relevant content to the users whenever they turn the TV on. Rumours suggest that the TV could employ a 4K HDR panel. The brand will be competing against the Mi smart TV series with its product in India, whenever it launches the TV here.
