OPPO A31 smartphone is now officially launched in India after being spotted on the company’s website this week. The smartphone was initially unveiled in Indonesia earlier this month. It has a 3D gradient design at the back and vertically arranged triple rear cameras with 12MP primary sensor. There is a traditional rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and a waterdrop notch on the front to house the 8MP selfie snapper. The MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core SoC powers the smartphone. While the smartphone’s specifications were already listed on the OPPO India website earlier this week, we now know the OPPO A31 price in India.

OPPO A31 price in India and availability

OPPO A31 India price starts at Rs 11,490 for the 4GB + 64GB model and goes up to Rs 13,990 for the 6GB + 128GB model. The phone comes in Fantasy White and Mystery Black colours and will be available through offline retail stores in the country.

The OPPO A31 measures 163.9 x 75.5 x 8.3 mm and weighs 180 grams.

The phone is powered by a 2.3GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor coupled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes in two variants- 4GB + 64GB and another with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage that is further expandable via microSD card. The OPPO A31 runs on Android 9.0 Pie with ColorOS 6.1 custom skin out of the box. It measures 163.9 x 75.5 x 8.3 mm and weighs 180 grams.

In terms of optics, the OPPO A31 has a triple camera setup comprising of a 12MP (f/1.8)primary wide-angle sensor with PDAF, a 2MP Macro Lens, a 2MP (f/2.4) depth unit for portrait shots and an LED flash. The rear cameras can record 1080p videos. On the front, there is an 8MP snapper for selfies and video chats. OPPO A31 is a 4G smartphone that also features dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The handset houses a 4,230mAh battery.
