OPPO A53 has been launched in India just under a week after debuting in Indonesia. The phone ships with a punch-hole design at the top left corner, triple camera setup at the back arranged in a rectangular module. The OPPO A53 highlights a 90Hz display, making it one of the most affordable phones with a high refresh rate screen. OPPO A53 India price starts at Rs 12,990 for the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 15,490. The phone comes in Electric Black, Fairy White, and Fancy Blue colour options. The first sale of the OPPO A53 is scheduled at 3 PM today i.e. August 25th on Flipkart. The company is offering 5 percent cashback on Bank of Baroda Credit card and Federal Bank Debit card, No Cost EMI for up to six months, and zero down payment finance scheme.

OPPO A53 flaunts a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 1,600 X 720 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The phone ships with Snapdragon 460 SoC paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage that is further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 10 OS with ColorOS 7.2 custom layer on top.
Moving to the cameras, the OPPO A53 packs a triple camera setup with a 13MP primary camera and a couple of 2MP sensors. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers.
