OPPO has officially introduced the OPPO A5x in India, the latest addition to its budget smartphone portfolio and successor to the OPPO A3x. There’s MIL-STD-810H certification for military-grade durability, and it is claimed to have been tested against harsh conditions like extreme heat and moisture. The OPPO A5x gets an IP65 rating, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, and a 6,000mAh battery, all pacled into a device priced under 15,000.

- OPPO A5x price in India is Rs 13,999 for the 4GB + 128GB.
- The handset will be available in Midnight Blue and Laser White colour options.

- Display: The OPPO A5x sports a 6.67-inch HD+ display with 1,604 x 720 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,000 nits peak brightness.
- Processor: The handset is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for graphics.
- Memory: The chipset is paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB native storage that is further expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. There’s 4GB virtual RAM.
- OS: Android 15-based ColorOS 15 custom skin out of the box.
- Cameras: The OPPO A5x features a 32MP rear camera with an LED flash. It gets a 5MP lens on the front for selfies.
