OPPO F11 smartphone’s 4GB RAM variant received a price cut in India a few days ago. Now, 91mobiles has learned from retail sources that OPPO has announced a price drop on the handset’s 6GB RAM variant, as well as its elder sibling OPPO F11 Pro smartphone in the country. The OPPO F11 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant will now set you back to Rs 16,990 instead of Rs 17,990. The OPPO F11 Pro with a similar configuration, on the other hand, costs Rs 19,990 – which is down from its MOP of Rs 21,990. Notably, these price changes seem to be only for the offline market as at the time of writing the article major e-commerce platforms were selling the handsets for their old MRP.
OPPO F11 and F11 Pro specifications
Talking about the specifications, the OPPO F11 series – introduced earlier this year – runs Android 9 Pie-based ColorOS 6.0 out of the box. The phones rock a dual-camera setup at the back, which comprises of 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel sensors, and a 16-megapixel shooter on the front for selfies and video calling. At their core lies MediaTek Helio P70 mobile platform paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage onboard, which can be further expandable via microSD card.
The OPPO F11 Pro dons a pop-up selfie camera design and sports a notch- and bezel-less 6.5-inch full-HD+ display with 90.9 percent screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer. The handset is driven by a 4,000mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging tech. The regular OPPO F11, meanwhile, features a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ display with a small cut-out up top that houses the selfie camera. A whopping 4,020mAh battery rounds off its specs sheet.
