Following the launch of the OPPO K13 5G, the brand is set to unveil the OPPO K13x 5G in India soon. 91mobiles exclusively shared the box and the price range. In the latest development, OPPO has now confirmed the durability of the phone, including the damage-proof 360-degree Armor body and others. The OPPO K13x, much like its predecessor, could be priced under Rs 13,000. OPPO K12x launched in India last July at a starting price of Rs 12,999.
OPPO K13x 5G durability confirmed
- The OPPO K13x is confirmed to feature damage-proof 360-degree armour body and Military-grade shock resistance i.e. MIL-STD 810H.
- The phone also gets SGS Gold Drop-Resistance Certification and SGS Military Standard Certification.
- The Armour body is said to integrate a biometric structural design, which is inspired from sea sponges which are said to capable of withstanding harsh underwater conditions.
- The structural integrity is supported by an ‘AM04 high-strength aluminum alloy inner frame.’ This material is said to be derived from aerospace-grade additive manufacturing.
- The front of the phone features “Crystal Shield glass,” which is claimed to increase impact resistance compared to the competition materials.
- The OPPO K13x is said to feature an IP65 rating, Splash Touch, and Glove Touch.
- The teaser image shows the OPPO K13x features a boxy chassis with rounded edges. We see an oval-shaped module to house dual camera sensors and an LED flash.
- The volume rocker and power button are present on the right edge.
- The OPPO K13x is said to be available in Midnight Violet and Sunset Peach colours.
- OPPO previously confirmed the K13x will offer AI-powered cameras, long-lasting battery, and ultra-fast charging support.
The exclusive box image shared by the brand showed the OPPO K13x features a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie shooter. Our sources say the phone will launch in the country this month but the exact date has yet to be revealed.
The OPPO K13x is tipped to be priced under Rs 15,000. For comparison, the OPPO K12x debuted at Rs 12,999 for the base model and goes up to Rs 15,999 for the top-end variant.
