OPPO recently launched its OPPO Pad Air in China. The OPPO Pad Air features a 2K display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset, and a 7,100mAh battery. So far, the OPPO Pad Air had been confined just to China, but it looks like the brand will soon launch it in India as well. The tablet has been spotted on the Indian BIS certification authority website, which hints at an imminent launch. According to tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), the OPPO Pad Air (with the model number OPPO OPD2102A) has recently received the Indian BIS certification, which hints that the Indian launch of the OPPO Pad Air must not be too far away from now. Sadly enough, the BIS listing does not tell us anything about the specifications and features of the OPPO Pad Air. That said, we can expect the device to be more or less the same as its Chinese counterpart when it comes to the specifications.

The OPPO Pad Air features a 10.36-inch 2K display with a 60Hz refresh rate, a 225PPI pixel density, and 360 nits typical brightness. Under the hood, the OPPO Pad Air comes powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, which is coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage, which has scope for further expansion by up to 512GB with the help of an external SD card.

For connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB type C. Lastly, the OPPO Pad Air has a 7,100mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

The OPPO Pad Air price in Cina starts at RMB 1299 (around Rs 15,100) for the 4GB+64GB model, RMB 1,499 (around Rs 17,500) for the 4GB + 128GB version, and RMB 1,699 (around Rs 19,810) for the 6GB + 128GB variant.
