“Our take on OPPO’s latest premium mid-ranger – the Reno 2Z”
OPPO recently took to the stage and added three new smartphones to its portfolio namely the Reno 2, the Reno 2Z and the Reno 2F. Of the lot, we’ll be reviewing the Reno 2Z (first impressions) today, which sits in the middle of the three phones and carries a price tag of Rs 29,990. To know whether the smartphone is worthy of its asking price, read on.
Verdict
As we mentioned previously, the OPPO Reno 2Z retails for Rs 29,990 and for the price, goes up against devices like the Redmi K20 Pro which offer significantly better performance and superior cameras to boot. The Reno 2Z scores high on design, and in fact, is one of the most stylish-looking devices in its range. The battery life is good, and the phone easily lasts a day on single charge. The cameras are quite capable too. It’s pricing however, makes recommending it difficult.
Correspondingly, despite offering a stunning design and capable cameras, the Reno 2Z is a tough sell.
