OPPO Reno6 series is set to launch in China on May 27th and quite a few leaks have revealed key specifications of the phones. The lineup is expected to include the standard Reno6, Reno6 Pro, and Reno6 Pro+. Now, the OPPO Reno 6 Pro 5G has bagged the Indian BIS and Singapore’s IMDA certification along with the OPPO A16, as spotted by Pricebaba. The Reno phone has been listed on the Indonesian Telecom website as well. BIS listing suggests both the phones will be launch in India down the lane but a timeline isn’t clear. Unfortunately, the OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G and OPPO A16 BIS and IMDA certifications don’t reveal any specifications but they confirm the marketing names and model numbers.
OPPO Reno6 Pro bears a model number CPH2249, while the latter has the model number CPH2269. The OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G IMDA certification shows its connectivity features such as 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and GPS support. The OPPO A16 connectivity options include LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. Since the phone doesn’t have a 5G or NFC cutout, it could be a budget offering. That’s pretty much everything that is revealed from the BIS and IMDA certifications.

OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G specifications
According to the TENAA listing, the OPPO Reno6 Pro could come with a 6.55-inch display, Android 11 OS, 5G connectivity, and a 2,200mAh battery, which could be dual-cells with a combined capacity of 4,400mAh unit. The phone is said to measure 160.0 x 73.1 x 7.6mm. The Reno6 Pro 5G will have a punch-hole design on the top left corner for the selfie snapper and a rectangular camera bump on the back with a quad-camera setup. The power button could on the right spine while the volume rockers could be on the left.
According to a listing on JD.com, the OPPO Reno6 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset and will be offered with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The phone will come with a 64MP quad-camera system, 90Hz AMOLED display, and 65W fast charging.
