OPPO Reno 7 and OPPO Reno 7 Pro phones have been launched in India, as promised. They come as successors to the Reno 6 lineup and were originally launched in China last year. The phones are equipped with industry-first LDI technology, which so far has been used to design PCBs in the aviation industry and it has been repurposed to etch fine textures on the photoresist-coated AG glass back cover. OPPO says a total of 1.2 million micro-etchings create the illusion of thousands of stars. The Reno 7 Pro ships with the 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie snapper, custom-tuned Dimensity 1200 Max chipset, and 50MP quad-cameras. On the other hand, the Reno 7 comes with Dimensity 900 chipset and 65W fast charging.

OPPO Reno 7, OPPO Reno 7 Pro prices in India and sale date

OPPO Reno 7 price in India is Rs 28,990 for the 8GB + 256GB version and will be available from February 17th. While the Reno 7 Pro comes in at Rs 39,990 for the 12GB + 256GB model and will be on sale from February 8th. The phones are available in Starlight Black and Startrails Blue colour options. They will be on sale via Flipkart and the OPPO website.

The company is offering up to 10 percent cash back through various Banks, including ICICI, Standard Charted, One Card, Kotak, Federal Bank, Bank of Baroda, and others. There’s also no-cost EMI, OPPO upgrade, and complete damage protection.

OPPO Reno 7 5G specifications

The OPPO Reno 7 sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with 1,080×2,400 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, a 90Hz refresh rate, SGS Eye Care mode, and 180Hz touch sampling rate. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The phone runs on Android 11 based ColorOS 12 custom skin out of the box.

The phone has triple cameras on the back, comprising of a 64MP primary sensor along with an 8MP wide-angle shooter, and a 2MP macro shooter. There is a 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie camera on the front for selfies and video chats.
