POCO‘s much anticipated POCO F5 5G midrange smartphone has been doing rounds on the internet, which suggests that its launch is just around the corner. Now, 91mobiles has learned about the tentative launch date of the upcoming mid-range device, courtesy of industry sources. For some background, the POCO F5 5G’s India variant is expected to bear the 23013PC75I model number and is rumoured to be equipped with a new Snapdragon 7XX series processor, up to 12GB of RAM, an AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, and more.

POCO F5 5G’s expected specifications
The POCO F5 5G will reportedly be the rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo that is expected to launch in China soon. The POCO F5 5G is expected to sport a 6.67-inch QHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,400 nits brightness, HDR10+ support, and 1,920Hz PWM dimming.
Now, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is confirmed to be powered by the brand-new Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset. This means the POCO F5 could also get the same chipset. You can also expect up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage on the POCO F5. The device can be expected to run on the latest Android 13 mobile OS with a skin on top.
A triple camera system is likely to be present at the back and is expected to consist of a 50MP primary shooter and an 8MP and a 2MP secondary shooter. This camera system will be accompanied by an LED flash. Upfront, the POCO F5 5G is expected to get a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calls.
