Sony has announced the PS Plus Essential line-up of games for April 2023. These games can be claimed at no additional cost by all PS Plus subscribers regardless of their tier. PS Plus gets three new games in April, which will be available to claim for the entire month. On top of that, PS Plus Extra and Deluxe members will get additional games that will be announced by Sony in the coming days. Besides these, PS Plus Essential games from March are still available to claim for a few days.

PS Plus Essential gets three new games in April including Sackboy: A Big Adventure (PS5, PS4), Meet Your Maker (PS5,PS4), and Tails of Iron (PS5, PS4). These games will be available to claim from April 4 to May 1. Until April 3, you can claim last month’s PS Plus Essential games, which include Minecraft Dungeons (PS4), Battlefield 2042 (PS5, PS4), and Code Vein (PS4). Players can claim PS Plus Essential games as long as they are available and continue to play them even after they are removed as long as the subscription is active.

Last month, PS Plus Extra and Deluxe tiers members got access to 14 new games. The recently added games are Ghostwire: Tokyo, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, Life is Strange 2, Life is Strange: True Colors, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Street Fighter V Champion Edition, Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection, Untitled Goose Game, and others. Sony will be announcing new PS Plus Extra and Deluxe tier games most likely in the second week of April. It’s unclear what the line-up would be, but its safe assume that it will be a decent blend of popular AAA titles as well as some indie games.
