Realme is gearing up for the launch of its Realme 10 lineup of smartphones in various regions including India, China Europe, and other Asian countries. The lineup is likely to consist of the vanilla Realme 10, the Realme 10 Pro 5G, and the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G. If the brand’s past launches are anything to go by, we can expect more devices to be added to the lineup in the future. As for now, Realme’s VP and Head of Realme International, Madhav Sheth, has revealed a bunch of key specifications of the Realme 10 in an interview.

Realme 10 key details officially revealed

In an interview with GSMArena, Sheth confirmed that the Realme 10 will come powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, which will be paired with up to 16GB dynamic RAM (8GB onboard RAM and 8GB virtual RAM). Plus, Sheth revealed that the Realme 10 will feature a 50MP main camera and a 16MP selfie snapper.

Comparing the Realme 10’s 50MP with the predecessor’s (Realme 9) 108MP main camera, Sheth said that the company was confident that the 50MP camera would deliver comparable results. Furthermore, the device is now confirmed to sport a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The device is said to last a whole day with heavier usage, including gaming. Sheth said that the Realme 10 would charge up to 50% from 0% in around 28 minutes.

Realme 10 specifications (expected)

The Realme 10 is expected to feature a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will come equipped with a MediaTek Helio G99 processor.

A 5,000mAh battery will keep the lights of the device on. Coming to the cameras of the device, the Realme 10 will come with a 50MP + 2MP dual rear camera setup and a 16MP selfie shooter. The device will boot Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 out of the box. Lastly, the Realme 10 will measure 159.9 x 73.3 x 7.95mm and weigh in at 178 grams.
