The Realme 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro have the same prices and for the same memory configurations. Both phones come in two variants with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.

Realme 14 Pro vs Redmi Note 14 Pro: design, display
The Realme 14 Pro stands out for its colour-changing design. This is for the ‘Pearl White’ variant which turns to shades of blue in cold temperatures. It comes in two more colour options. Overall, the phone has a curved display and edges with a punch-hole design. The Realme 14 Pro also has a circular camera module.

Redmi Note 14 Pro, on the other hand, has a squarish camera module with a dual-tone colour finish. This phone too has a curved display, which is more prominent than the Realme 14 Pro, besides Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and IP68 rating.
The Redmi Note 14 Pro has a higher resolution and better display protection than the Realme 14 Pro but the latter has a slightly bigger and brighter screen. In terms of dust and water resistance, Realme is a better choice.

Both phones are powered by different variants of the same chipset. Since we haven’t reviewed the Redmi Note 14 Pro we can’t draw a comparison between the two phones. Based on our Realme 14 Pro review, the phone doesn’t have the best benchmark scores but offers a decent performance for daily productivity.

In terms of specs, the Redmi Note 14 Pro has an upper hand over the Realme 14 Pro. It has an addition ultra-wide camera and a dedicated macro camera as opposed to the Realme 14 Pro’s dual-camera setup. The Realme 14 Pro has a monochrome camera, which helps in low-light and high-contrast conditions.

Realme 14 Pro has a slightly bigger battery but with the same charging speed as the Redmi Note 14 Pro. We can’t determine the actual performance but you might get a longer battery life with the Realme phone. However, both phones should last easily the day on regular usage.

On the software front, both phones run their Android-based custom UIs. But the Realme 14 Pro has an advantage here as it ships with the latest Android 15 out of the box, while the Redmi Note 14 Pro runs Android 14. Xiaomi makes up with its software support, which goes up to Android 17, same as the Realme 14 Pro. It also provides longer security updates than Realme.
