Realme 6i may launch soon as it also gets certified in Singapore and Malaysia

“Realme RMX2040, which is presumably called Realme 6i, recently bagged BIS certification in India as well”

A mysterious Realme smartphone with model number RMX2040 is spotted on Malaysia’s SIRIM database, and it was approved on January 15th, 2020. The device is also listed on Singapore’s IMDA, and the marketing name suggests it is the Realme 6i. The description hints that it is yet another budget offering from the company and will succeed the recently launched Realme 5i. The handset doesn’t support 5GHz Wi-Fi, which isn’t a big surprise for a budget phone. To recall, Realme RMX2040, along with RMX2020, RMX2030, and RMX2061 bagged BIS certification in India very recently, suggesting the Realme 6i could launch in these markets soon enough. The other models could be the standard Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro, all of which are expected to go official in Q1 2020.
