The Realme 8 5G price in India is Rs 14,999 for the 4GB RAM+128GB variant and Rs 16,999 for the 8GB + 128GB version. The handset’s first sale is at 12:00 PM through the Realme website and Flipkart.

Realme 8 5G sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 600 nits brightness, punch-hole cutout, a 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio, 180Hz touch sampling rate and Dragontrail glass. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G SoC coupled with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that is further expandable via microSD card. The phone runs on Android 11 OS with Realme UI custom skin out of the box and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and a 16MP Sony IMX471 snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

Realme 8 5G has a triple camera setup at the back, with a 48MP primary sensor with PDAF, a 2MP monochrome camera, and a 2MP depth camera.
