This is the first time we are hearing about the Realme 8 series launch, so details surrounding the smartphones are slim at the moment. The Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro phones are expected to succeed the Realme 7 and 7 Pro models, respectively. The Realme 7 series was launched in India earlier this year with some impressive specifications, especially on the Pro model. The Realme 7 Pro offers 65W fast charging, Super AMOLED display, 64MP quad cameras, and Snapdragon 720G chipset, among other things.

In addition to the Realme 8 series India launch, the tipster also mentioned that the Realme Narzo 30 and Narzo 30 Pro will be launching in India in January, provided there’s no last-minute change. Realme Narzo 30 specifications are also unknown at the moment, but we expect both the Narzo 30 and Narzo 30 Pro to offer incremental upgrades over the Narzo 20 and Narzo 20 Pro, respectively. Again, the Narzo 20 Pro was one of the most impressive phones under Rs 15,000 this year as it offered 65W fast charging support, a 90Hz display, and the MediaTek Helio G95 chipset, among other things.
