Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro prices in India, sale dates, and specifications have been announced as the phones are officially launched. The phones come as successors to the Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro from last year. The Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro come with an AMOLED display, a punch-hole camera, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Realme 8 Pro highlights a 108MP primary camera, much like the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, and 50W fast charging support. The vanilla Realme 8 has a 64MP primary sensor and a 5,000mAh battery.

Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro prices in India, sale dates

Realme 8 Pro price in India is Rs 17,999 for the 6GB+128GB model and Rs 19,999 for the high-end 8GB+128GB version. The phone will be available in Infinite Blue, Infinite Black, Illuminating Yellow. The Realme 8 Pro first sale is on March 25th at 12 noon on Realme.com, Flipkart, and offline stores.

Realme 8 price in India is Rs 14,999 for 4GB+128GB model, Rs 15,999 for the 6GB+128GB variant and Rs 16,999 for the high-end 8GB+128GB option. It comes in Cyber Silver and Cyber Black colours. The Realme 8 first sale starts on March 25th at 12 noon on Realme.com, Flipkart, and offline stores.

The display also supports DC-like Dimming function, an eye protection mode that is claimed to reduce eye fatigue. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC paired with Adreno 618 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB UFS 2.1 internal storage that is further expandable. It is the first phone to run on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 out of the box. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.

The Realme 8 Pro packs a 4,500mAh battery with 50W fast-charging support but the company is bundling a 65W adapter in the box. As for the cameras, Realme 8 Pro has a quad-camera setup at the back with a 108MP (f/1.88 aperture) Samsung HM2 primary sensor with PDAF and 6P Lens, an 8MP (f/2.25 aperture) ultra-wide-angle lens with a 119-degree field of view, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP B&W lens.

Realme 8 Pro’s cameras come with features like Starry Mode, Tilt-Shift, Dynamic Bokeh, Panorama, Super Nightscape, Neon Portrait, Ultra 108MP mode, Chroma Boost, among others. The phone can record 4K 30fps videos and 1080P 120fps slow-motion. There is a 16MP Sony IMX471 snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and measures 160.6 × 73.9 × 8.1 mm and weighs 176 grams.
