A microsite of the Realme 9 5G series is now live, giving us a look at the upcoming smartphones’ design as well as a few hardware specifications. This comes after Realme 9 5G leaked online several times, revealing bits of the spec sheet and design. We recently spotted the 4G variant of the Realme 9 and exclusively revealed the 144Hz refresh rate of the upcoming 5G model. The launch will bring the total number of smartphones in the brand’s 9-series to five as the Realme 9 Pro, 9 Pro+, and 9i have already been released in India.

The official microsite confirms that the Realme 9 5G and Realme 9 SE 5G will launch in India on March 10th at 12:30pm IST. Realme will also launch the C35 budget smartphone at the same event. There is no word about the prices of the handsets yet, obviously.

The microsite mentions the Realme 9 5G series will feature a 144Hz refresh rate display and 48MP primary camera. However, a closer look shows the 144Hz screen will be limited to the 9 SE only, so the vanilla 9 5G may have a slower display refresh rate.

The page also shows the Realme 9 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, whereas the SE model will pack the more powerful 6nm Snapdragon 778 chipset inside. Dual-SIM 5G support, 48MP quad rear cameras, 8.5mm thick body, and side-mounted fingerprint sensor can be deduced from the official images as well.

According to recent reports, the Realme 9 5G comes in four colour options: Stargaze White, Supersonic Blue, Supersonic Black, and Meteor Black. The handset will be available in 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options. The 48MP primary camera of the Realme 9 5G is said to be paired with a 2MP depth camera and a 2MP macro camera. It will reportedly be paired with a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls on the front and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
