Realme turned some heads earlier this year with the launch of Realme Buds Air 2 wireless earbuds that come with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). It’s still one of the most affordable TWS earbuds to feature ANC in the Indian market. Now the Chinese manufacturer is all set to launch a new colour option in India. The new Green colour option will launch alongside Realme GT Neo 2 in India on 13th October. The TWS is already available in three different colours, namely: Closer White, Closer Black and Closer Gold.

The new colourway will feature a bright Green coloured charging case, with the same colour on the stem of the buds as well. The earbuds ear cup part though will remain in black colour. The new Realme Buds Air 2 colour option will compliment the Realme GT Neo2’s Green colour option

Except for the new colour, everything else remains the same on the TWS. The earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.2 and feature 10mm DLC drivers. Realme’s own R2 chip power the earbuds, with the support for Google Fast Pair. It also supports wear detection and different touch gesture controls.

As stated above these buds support ANC, and reduce the external noise up to 25db. There’s also the support for low-latency mode for help in long gaming sessions and can be enabled via the Realme Link app. The TWS are IPX5 water-resistant for protection from dust and water.

The company claims that the product can run for 25 hours in total with ANC turned off and about 22 hours with ANC turned on. The buds though on a single charge from the case provide up to four-five hours of battery life. The buds also support fast charging, with Realme claiming up to two hours of battery life with a quick 10 minute top-up.
