Realme GT 2 and Realme GT 2 Pro smartphones have been teased to launch in India, just a month after the two smartphones launched in China. The official teasers come just a week after a leak revealed the colour options and RAM/storage variants of the Realme GT 2 Pro in India and hinted towards a March launch in the country. The eagerly-anticipated Realme GT 2 series is the follow-up to the first-gen GT lineup and offers premium features at a relatively affordable price tag. Realme GT 2 series India launch teased

Realme earlier today took to Twitter to tease the Realme GT 2 and GT 2 Pro launch in India. The teaser says “The wait is over! Arriving soon in India, and it’s going to be #GreaterThanYouSee.” The exact launch date of the smartphones hasn’t been revealed yet, but we can expect the handsets to debut soon.

To recall, in Europe, the Realme GT 2 starts at EUR 549 (approx Rs 46,200) and Realme GT 2 Pro at EUR 749 (approx Rs 63,000). However, the India prices of the devices will have to wait for the official launch (or a credible leak). Furthermore, Realme GT 2 Pro is tipped to come in three colour options: Steel Black, Paper White, and Paper Green.

Under the hood, it draws power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Adreno 660 GPU takes care of graphics needs. Realme GT 2 packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.

Realme GT 2 has a triple camera setup at the back, including a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The handset has a 16MP selfie snapper on the front. For security, Realme GT 2 features an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Like the vanilla Realme GT 2, the GT 2 Pro also packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.

Realme GT 2 Pro has a triple camera setup at the rear, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 40X microscope lens. The handset has a whopping 32MP selfie shooter on the front. Realme GT 2 Pro boots Android 12-based Realme 3.0 skin out of the box.
