Realme GT Neo2 India launch has been confirmed by the company’s India head, Madhav Sheth on Twitter. Though the company is yet to reveal the exact date, the launch might happen sometime around early October. Now, 91mobiles has exclusively learned from tipster Yogesh Brar that the Realme GT Neo2 India launch will take place just after Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale and the phone will be available during the Diwali sale in November. This suggests the Realme GT Neo2 launch event will happen in the second or third week of October, with sales starting in early November. Realme GT Neo2 was unveiled in China earlier this week and comes with the Snapdragon 870, 64MP camera, and a 120Hz AMOLED display.

Realme GT Neo2 specifications

Realme GT Neo2 sports a 6.62-inch FHD+ E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass 5 protection, a 600Hz touch sampling rate, 1300 nits brightness, a 500000:1 contrast ratio, and DC dimming. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC coupled with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage that is expandable further via a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 11-based on Realme UI 2.0 custom skin out of the box. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.

Moving to optics, the Realme GT Neo2 packs a triple camera setup on the back, with a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree FoV, and a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support, an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, and a punch-hole cutout.

What is the expected Realme GT Neo2 price in India?

Realme GT Neo2 price in China is RMB 2,499 (around Rs 28,500) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model, RMB 2,699 (around Rs 30,700) for the 8GB/256GB variant and RMB 2,999 (approx Rs 34,200) for the 12GB/256GB version. This suggests the Realme GT Neo2 price in India could be around Rs 30,000. We should know more when it launches.
