“Realme X comes with 6.5-inch AMOLED notch-less display, 48-megapixel sensor, and runs on Android 9.0 Pie”
Realme India head Madhav Sheth has already confirmed that Realme X (first impressions), which debuted in China earlier this month, would be launching in India with different internals soon with pricing around Rs 18,000. However, the launch timeline wasn’t revealed. Now, in the latest development, replying to a user Tweet, Sheth clarified that the handset would launch in the country around “second half of this year,” meaning sometime between July to December. Unfortunately, this isn’t good news for users who’ve been waiting eagerly for the handset, but we hope it’s worth the wait.
We shall try to bring it earlier but with all our effort we think we shall be only able to bring around second half of the year.— Madhav Sheth (@MadhavSheth1) May 27, 2019

The handset boots Android 9.0 Pie-based on ColorOS 6.0. A 3,765mAh battery with OPPO’s VOOC 3.0 fuels the device. And speakers backed by Dolby Atmos. Since the Indian variant is said to have different internals, it could come with more powerful Snapdragon 730 SoC.
