“Realme X2 Pro quad-camera setup will include a 64MP Samsung GW1 primary sensor, an ultra-wide-angle-lens, a depth unit, and a telephoto lens with 20x hybrid zoom”
Realme X2 Pro launch date is October 15th in China, so the company is busy hyping up the phone with teasers around the phone’s specifications. Now, while we wait for the announcement, a short hands-on video of the Realme X2 Pro surfaced on Chinese social media platform Weibo, revealing the design from all angles. The video shows the phone in the pearl white colour, similar to the Realme XT and the horizontally-arranged quad-camera setup is placed in the centre. While the power button is placed on the right, the volume rockers are present on the right spine. Realme X2 Pro seems to have a glass back with slightly curved edges.
Furthermore, the USB Type-C port, the 3.5mm headphone jack, the microphone and the speaker grill are present on the bottom. On the front, there is a waterdrop notch to accommodate the selfie snapper.
Rumours suggest that the Realme X2 Pro could flaunt a 6.5-inch Fluid AMOLED display. It is confirmed to come with 90Hz refresh rate and will be powered by the Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC. The handset will have 50W fast-charging support, and the adapter should be present in the box. As for the optics, the Realme X2 Pro’s quad-camera setup could include 64MP Samsung GW1 primary sensor, an ultra-wide-angle-lens with 115-degree field of view, a depth unit, and a telephoto lens with 20X hybrid zoom.
Realme X2 Pro will have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and is likely to run on Android 9.0 Pie with ColorOS custom skin software on top. The handset is also expected to come with a system-wide dark theme, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual-band Wi-Fi. Since the launch is just tomorrow, we should learn more details soon.
