“The Realme X2 Pro is the first-ever flagship with Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC and 90Hz display from Realme”
Realme X2 Pro is the most-anticipated smartphone launching in India this month. While the unveiling – slated to be on November 20th – is still a fortnight away, Flipkart has shared the teaser of the handset. The teaser doesn’t mention the Realme X2 Pro but carries the tagline “Faster. Sharper. Bolder” – which also featured on the company’s press invite last month. This means that the Realme X2 Pro will be available for sale in India via Flipkart. The handset is the first-ever flagship from the brand. It has already been announced in China to compete against the likes of the OnePlus 7T and Redmi K20 Pro. The Realme X2 Pro could be the most affordable 90Hz display smartphone in the country.

To recall, the Realme X2 Pro runs ColorOS 6 atop Android 9 Pie out of the box. The handset features a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, in-display fingerprint scanner, waterdrop notch, and 20:9 aspect ratio. At its core lies Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus mobile platform, paired with 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The phone has three storage options as well: 64GB, 128GB (UFS 3.0), and 256GB (UFS 3.0).
For photography, the Realme X2 Pro rocks quad-camera setup at the back. The setup includes 64-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with a 115-degree field of view, 2-megapixel depth unit, and a 13-megapixel telephoto lens with 20x hybrid and 5x hybrid optical zoom cameras. The front camera of the phone sports a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling. The phone is driven by a 4,000mAh battery with 50W fast-charging support, which is among the best in the smartphone industry.
In terms of connectivity, the Realme X2 Pro ships with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm headphone jack. The handset’s price in China starts at RMB 2,699 (roughly Rs 27,200). Chances are that the Realme X2 Pro could come with a similar price tag in India as well. And apart from Flipkart, the handset is likely to go on sale on Realme’s e-store and offline market across the country.
