Realme X2 was launched just last month and the handset has already been made available in Europe as well. At the launch event, the brand introduced two variants of the handset, i.e. 6GB RAM + 64GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. Now, the brand has gone ahead and launched another variant, i.e. 6GB RAM + 128GB storage of the smartphone and the new model will be retailing for CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs 18,000) in the country. To recall, the other two models were priced at CNY 1,599 (around Rs 16,000) and CNY 1,899 (around Rs 19,000).
Realme X2 specifications
Coming to the specifications, the Realme X2 features a 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 1,080 X 2,340 pixels screen resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer on top. The smartphone comes with a waterdrop notch design. The Realme X2 is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 730G SoC, coupled with Adreno 618 GPU. The storage on the handset is further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. On the software side of things, the Realme X2 comes with Android 9.0 Pie with ColorOS 6.0 skin on top out of the box. The handset measures 158.7×75.2×8.6mm and weigh 182 grams.
If we talk about the camera specs, the Realme X2 features a quad-camera setup, which has a 64MP primary Samsung GW1 sensor. There is an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP 4cm macro lens to assist the primary sensor. For selfies, there is a 32MP snapper. An in-display fingerprint sensor for security has been included on the handset as well. To keep the lights on for the smartphone, there is a 4,000mAh battery on board with 30W VOOC fast charging support. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C.
