The handset has appeared on Thailand’s NBTC platform as well, suggesting that Redmi plans to introduce the phone in more markets.

Redmi 17C 5G with the model number 2607FRNEAI has been spotted on the BIS certification platform. This model number is associated with the Redmi 17C 5G, and is for the Indian variant of the phone. The BIS listing is a strong indication of the handset arriving in India soon.
Thailand’s NBTC platform has also certified the Redmi 17C 5G with the model number 2607FRNEAG. Here, the phone’s name is mentioned on the listing, confirming a launch in Thailand soon.
In addition to the Redmi 17C 5G, POCO X8 (2607DPC18G), and Redmi 17 5G (26062RN92G) have also been spotted on NBTC.
Although these certifications don’t reveal anything else about the handset, we already have an idea of what to expect since the Redmi 17C 5G has debuted in China.
