“The Redmi 8A Pro is a rebranded version of the Redmi 8A Dual that was launched in India a couple of months ago”
Xiaomi has launched Redmi 8A Pro smartphone in Indonesia as a rebadged version of the Redmi 8A Dual, which was launched in India back in February. Except for the name, everything on the Redmi 8A Pro remains the same as the 8A dual. The handset flaunts Aura XGrip design with splash-resistant and packs dot notch display, entry-level Snapdragon 439 SoC, and dual rear cameras. The Redmi 8A Pro houses a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support and, unlike the vanilla Redmi 8A smartphone, sports dedicated dual SIM slots. Software-wise, the phone boots MIUI 11 with a dated Android 9 Pie OS out of the box.
