Until Qualcomm officially confirms the existence of he Snapdragon 768G chipset, you should consider the listing with a pinch of salt. That being said, the processor looks to offer a minor performance bump over the Snapdragon 765G. It will be integrated with a 5G modem much like its predecessor. DroidHolic reports that the Snapdragon 768G chipset comes with two cores clocked at 2.8GHz and 2.4GHz respectively, and six power efficient cores that clock at 1.8GHz.

Coming back to the Redmi K30 5G Speed Edition, the smartphone will come with a pill-shaped punch-hole display to accommodate two selfie cameras. The listing on JD.com adds that the phone will sport a 6.67-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 64MP main camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens and a 5MP macro lens. The mysterious Snapdragon 768G SoC will be paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. We will know more about the Redmi K30 5G Speed Edition on May 11th at 2 PM China time (11:30 AM IST).
