Redmi K30 is about to launch in China, but ahead of the launch a few more details have been revealed about its battery. The Redmi K30 will come with a 4,500mAh battery and 30W fast charging support, according to a teaser. The company claims that it can fully charge the Redmi K30 in just 60 minutes. It says the 30W rapid charging is quite different from the other 30W charging technologies as it will be equipped with an independent charge pump and has a charging conversion efficiency of up to 97 percent. Redmi K30 will have support for Quick Charge and USB Power Delivery as well. The company recently confirmed the handset would pack a 6.67-inch display, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a vertically arranged camera module and more.

Earlier rumours suggest the device would pack 64MP Sony IMX686 primary sensor, an 8MP telephoto sensor, a 13MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. There will be dual camera sensor in the pill-shaped punch hole, and it could include a 32MP sensor and a ToF sensor for 3D face recognition.
As for the pricing, the Redmi K30 4G model is expected to be priced at RMB 2,000 (around Rs 20,400), while the 5G variant with Snapdragon 765G SoC might start at RMB 2,500 (around Rs 25,400) in China.
