The listing shows the Redmi K60E has managed to score 961 in the single-core round and 3123 points in the multi-core segment. Surprisingly, the phone still runs on Android 12 OS and not Android 13, which is commonly seen on most phones coming out these days.
Redmi K60E appears on Geekbench
Furthermore, the listing shows the Redmi K60E would come with 12GB RAM but there could be other options like 8GB RAM at launch. The motherboard section mentions ‘Alloth’ which could be a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset but the exact name of the SoC is not clear at the moment. The clock speed listed is 3.19GHz (peak) and it is an octa-core processor.
We can speculate the chipset could be Snapdragon 8 series. That’s pretty much everything that is revealed from the Geekbench listing at the moment. We can speculate the Redmi K60E would come with 5G network connectivity, an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, at least 67W fast charging capacity and a triple camera layout on the back.
As said, there is no exact launch date for the Redmi K60 series but there are rumours the phone might launch sometime in December. We are hoping some of these models might expand beyond China but with different marketing names.
