
Xiaomi launched the Redmi K70 Ultra in China alongside the Mix Fold 4 and Mix Flip. The new Redmi K70 Ultra is the most powerful phone to join the Redmi K70 lineup in China. Globally, it’s expected to launch as the Xiaomi 14T Pro. The new Redmi smartphone comes with the Dimensity 9300+ chipset, a 144Hz OLED display, 5,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. Redmi K70 Ultra price
- Redmi K70 Ultra comes in five variants including a Supreme Champion Edition with 24GB RAM and 1TB storage priced at CNY 3,999 (Rs 46,000 approx).
- The base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage costs CNY 2,599 (Rs 29,900 approx), while the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 2,899 (Rs 33,300 approx).
- Redmi K70 Ultra comes in two more variants: 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB priced at CNY 3,199 (Rs 36,800 approx) and CNY 3,599 (Rs 41,400 approx), respectively.
- The smartphone comes in Black, Snow White, and Ice Blue colours. The Supreme Champion Edition is available in Orange and Green colours, and has been designed in partnership with Lamborghini.
Redmi K70 Ultra: what’s new
Redmi K70 Ultra succeeds the Redmi K60 Ultra from last year. For starters, the design looks more refined now and premium. The display seems to be the same on both phones but Xiaomi has upgraded the chipset with the next-gen model. The camera specs are the same but the Redmi K70 Ultra uses a better sensor for the main camera. Xiaomi has also bumped the battery by 500mAh but the charging speed stays the same at 120W.
Redmi K70 Ultra: specifications
Redmi K70 Ultra features a 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and 3840Hz ultra high-frequency PWM dimming technology. It also supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Xiaomi Shield Glass protection layered on top. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ 4nm chipset with Immortalis-G720 GPU.
In the photography department, the Redmi K70 Ultra sports a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, there’s a 20MP front camera on the Redmi smartphone. It also packs a 5,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
On the software front, the Redmi K70 Ultra runs Xiaomi HyperOS out of the box. With the Redmi K70 Ultra, you also get an in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers with Dolby Atmos, an IP68 rating, and Wi-Fi 7.
