The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ forms part of the Redmi Note 11 series that was unveiled earlier this year. The Redmi Note 11 lineup consists of Redmi Note 11 Pro+, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and the Redmi Note 11 models. The Redmi Note 11 has already debuted in India with the name Redmi Note 11T 5G while globally it took up the POCO M4 Pro 5G moniker. Now the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ has started doing rounds at global certification agencies and a worldwide launch can be expected soon. It looks like the device will adopt the Xiaomi 11i Hypercharge name when it launches in India as the latter is set to arrive on January 6th.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ has been spotted listed on Federal Communications Commission (FCC) website carrying model number 20191116UG. The FCC listing indicates at a global launch is being scheduled sometime soon. The database enlists the device as a 5G ready device.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ sits at the top of the Redmi Note 11 lineup and gets all the bells and whistles. The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ features a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED panel from Samsung and is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor coupled with 6GB or 8GB of RAM. There is an option to choose 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage system for the onboard storage.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ draws power from a 4,500mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. On the optics front, the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is expected to get a 108MP main camera sensor, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP 50mm telephoto camera. The camera upfront for shooting selfies will be a 16MP shooter. The Redmi Note 11 Pro+ hosts a side-mounted fingerprint reader for biometric security. The device will run on Android 11 based MIUI 12.5.
