Xiaomi is gearing up to launch a Redmi Note 11 series smartphone globally today, i.e., March 29th at 8 PM GMT+8 (5:30 PM IST). Xiaomi has already debuted its Redmi Note 11 and Redmi Note 11 Pro globally, so the only phone yet to hit the global market is Redmi Note 11 Pro+. The phone was initially launched in China and later made its way to the Indian market as Xiaomi Mi 11i HyperCharge earlier this year. Xiaomi has also launched a different Redmi Note 11 Pro+ version in India than its Chinese counterpart. However, the Chinese version of the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is likely to hit the global shores at today’s launch event.

Xiaomi took it to Twitter to announce the Redmi Note 11 series smartphone’s global launch. The teaser says – We’re back! The ultimate Redmi Note is coming your way! Only at the #RedmiNote11Series Global Launch March 2022. The teaser does say Ultimate Redmi Note, which suggests a new smartphone in the Redmi Note 11 series.

Separately, a tweet from Xiaomiui reveals that the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ is already selling in offline stores in the global market. So, the company is most likely to announce the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ and not a new Redmi Note 11 series handset.
