The Redmi Note 5 Pro prices in India have been slashed for both the 4GB and 6GB RAM variants by Rs 1,000 each. Now, the two models will cost Rs 13,999 for the 4GB variant and Rs 15,999 for the 6GB RAM option, down from Rs 14,999 and Rs 16,999 launch prices, respectively. It should be noted that during the festive sale season, Xiaomi had temporarily reduced the prices of the two handsets to Rs 12,999 and Rs 14,999, respectively.
The smartphone has a 5.99-inch full-HD+ display, Snapdragon 636 processor, and 4,000mAh battery. It is one of the best-selling smartphones in the Indian market thanks to its competitive specifications and affordable price tag. However, its upgraded model with dual cameras in the front is set to go official in the country next week. Like the Redmi Note 5 Pro, the new model will also be a Flipkart-exclusive in the country.
Coming to the new Redmi Y2 price in India, the smartphone’s 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option will now be available at Rs 11,999. This also represents a discount of Rs 1,000 over the launch price. Notably, the handset’s 3GB RAM + 32GB storage option is still priced at Rs 9,999.
Lastly in the list is Mi A2, Xiaomi’s second Android One phone with stock Android software in the Indian market. Both the 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB variants of the handset are cheaper by Rs 1,000 now and will be available for Rs 15,999 and Rs 18,999, respectively. The new prices are already effective on Mi.com as well as Flipkart and Amazon.in.
