The all-new Redmi Note 7 Pro will go for sale in India for the first time today at 12pm. Interested buyers can grab the handset from the e-commerce platform Flipkart, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores. The company launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro in India last month at an aggressive price. The Redmi Note 7 Pro packs an edge-to-edge display with ‘Dot’ notch up top, Qualcomm’s latest mid-range chipset, an impressive battery, and a whopping 48-megapixel primary camera.
As for the price in India, Redmi Note 7 Pro starts at Rs 13,999 for the base variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of the handset costs Rs 16,999. Both the options come in three colour variants: Neptune Blue, Nebula Red, and Space Black. Coming to the launch offer, buyers will get complimentary 1,120GB data benefit from Airtel.

Redmi Note 7 Pro specifications include a 6.3-inch display with full-HD+ resolution and a waterdrop-style notch for the selfie camera. The handset is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 675 chipset and runs MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie out of the box. On the battery front, it houses a 4,000mAh cell with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 4 for fast charging.
In optics, the phone rocks 48-megapixel (f/1.79) + 5-megapixel depth-sensing shooter with LED flash on the rear. On the front, it gets a 13-megapixel shooter with AI-powered portrait selfie, beautify, scene detection, face unlock, and more for selfies and video calling. The cameras are backed by pixel binning tech, 4K video recording, EIS, AI scene detection, and AI portrait to further enhance the results. Xiaomi will further add Studio Lighting to the handset via a software update in the future.
Other features include a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and connectivity options such as dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, GPS, infrared, and 3.5mm audio jack.
