
After being in the news for its Redmi Pad 5G, the Xiaomi subsidiary is now gearing up to launch its new Redmi Pad 4G which is expected to be a budget-friendly option. The Redmi Pad 4G is going to be the first ever tablet in the world to get the Low Visual Fatigue Certification, which is a innovative certification service that combines objective testing with subjective experience, to comprehensively evaluate the level of eye fatigue that a person will experience when using a display screen. However, the launch date has not been disclosed by the company yet, but the specifications, images, and colours have now been leaked by 91Mobiles Hindi, courtesy tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore.
The Redmi Pad 4G is tipped to be powered by a 4G processor i.e., MediaTek Helio G99, pack an 8000mAh battery and come in three colour options: Grey, Silver, and Green. Let’s have a look at the design and specifications in detail.

The latest tip suggests that the Redmi Pad 4G will flaunt a 10.61-inch LCD panel with a 2,000 x 1,200-pixel resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate, 1 billion + colors, 400 nits peak brightness, and 1500:1 contrast ratio. It will be the first tablet to be certified with a Low Visual Fatigue Certification. It will further feature built-in blue light reduction and narrow bezels around the display. The shared images also confirm three colour variants of the tablet: Grey, Silver, and Green.

Redmi Pad 4G is expected to pack an 8,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. It is also rumoured that a 22.5W charger would also be provided by the company in the tablet box. It might also feature Dolby Atmos quad speakers.
Moving to optics, the Redmi Pad 4G will have an 8MP snapper on the front for selfies and video calling needs and will be further equipped with Focus Frame technology. On the back panel also, the tablet will have an 8-megapixel camera sensor.
