The Redmi Watch made its debut last November in China as the first smartwatch from Redmi. Today, Redmi India took it to Twitter to tease a launch of a new wearable alongside the Redmi Note 10S on May 13th. The tweet has the #WearYourVibe hashtag and is accompanied by a teaser video. Redmi has not mentioned the name of the wearable in the tweet or the teaser video. However, upon watching closely, the wearable shown in the teaser video seems to be the Redmi smartwatch.

Although it has been more than five months since the launch, Redmi hasn’t revealed which chipset does the Redmi Watch use. What we do know is that the wearable runs on a proprietary OS. As for the connectivity, the smartwatch has Bluetooth v5.0 and NFC. The Near Field Communication allows users to make payments through the Redmi Watch.

The Redmi Watch has an optical heart rate sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope sensor, a geomagnetic sensor, and an ambient light sensor.
