Revolt Motors has resumed taking bookings for its Revolt RV400 electric bike and expects to roll out deliveries from March 31st. The bookings for the RV400 can be made for a token amount of Rs 2,499 today onwards via their official website portal. The RV400 has also been slightly updated for the 2023 model year and will be manufactured at the company’s Manesar plant in Haryana, India.
The company was recently fully acquired by RattanIndia Enterprises.
Revolt RV400 electric bike price, availability
The Revolt RV400 electric bike is available in three colour options in India – Rebel Red, Cosmic Black, and Mist Grey. The RV400 electric bike can be booked for a token amount of Rs 2,499, with a sticker price of Rs 1.29 lakh (ex-showroom). Bookings can be made via the company’s online portal. Revolt offers a standard warranty of five years or 75,000km on the vehicle.
Revolt RV400 electric bike specifications
The RV400 electric bike hosts an electric motor that puts out 6.7 BHP and 54 Nm. This is paired with a 3 kWh Lithium-ion battery pack that the company claims can deliver a certified range of 150km on a single charge. The Revolt RV400 can be juiced up from zero to 100 percent in just 4.5 hours via a 15A home socket. The RV400 also gets three riding modes – Eco, Normal and Sports. The RV400 is capable of doing 85kmph of top speed in Sports mode.
The RV400 electric bike gets features like alloy wheels, disc brakes, 120-section rear tyres, LED lighting, and an exhaust note generator that can synthesise four different exhaust notes depending on rider input. The RV400 electric bike also gets AI-based companion app support that allows connected vehicle technology.
