Samsung Galaxy A10, A30 and A50 launching in India soon as the ‘Notify Me’ page goes live

“The new Galaxy A series phones from Samsung could be unveiled as soon as the next week”

Although the date hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, a recent leak revealed that Samsung would launch new Galaxy A series phones on February 28th. Now, the South Korean giant has gone ahead and posted a teaser video on Twitter and also launched a ‘Notify Me’ page for the new phones. The webpage on the official Samsung India website indicates that the ‘A’ in the Galaxy A series stands for Action.

In a Twitter post, the brand teased, ‘Are you ready to meet the coolest new Action phones’. The post is accompanied by a small teaser video that shows one of the new A series phones recording a slow-motion video. The phone is seen featuring an Infinity-V display, as suspected, and the video also states ‘Create videos like never before’.

On the other hand, the Notify Me page on Samsung India website shows images of the three Galaxy A-branded smartphones. Reports have suggested that the company would be launching several new A series phones and there would be a launch every month starting from March. Looking closely at these pictures, we can see that two of the phones feature the Infinity-U display, whereas one comes with an Infinity-V panel.

The image also shows the back of the phone and the different camera setups. Going by leaked specifications, images and previous rumours, the phones seem to be the Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30 and the Galaxy A50. The Galaxy A10 is seen sporting an Infinity-V display with a single rear-facing camera. The Galaxy A30 sports dual rear cameras, whereas the Galaxy A50 features a triple-camera setup at the back.

You can also notice that the Galaxy A10 and the Galaxy A50 don’t have a fingerprint sensor. This is because the A10 doesn’t come with a scanner, while the Galaxy A50 is rumoured to sport an in-display fingerprint scanner. The Galaxy A30, which is possibly the device in the middle, has a rear-mounted fingerprint reader. The Notify Me page also talks about some of the camera features of these phones such as Ultra-wide video capture, Slow-motion and Hyper-lapse.
