Samsung Galaxy A31 (Review) received a Rs 1,000 price cut in India this week. To recall, the smartphone was launched in the country last month for Rs 21,999. The South Korean giant has now dropped the price by Rs 1,000, which means the phone is now selling for Rs 20,999. Additionally, ICICI credit cardholders are entitled to an additional Rs 1,000 cashback when purchased through EMI. The new Galaxy A31 price in India is being reflected on Amazon.in as well as Samsung’s official website. The company hasn’t clarified if this is a temporary offer or a permanent price cut.
Samsung Galaxy A31 specifications include a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with 1,080 x 2,400 pixels resolution. It is powered by the Helio P65 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage that is further expandable via microSD card. The phone runs Android 10 OS with OneUI 2.0 custom skin on top. As for the optics, the quad-camera setup will include a 48MP primary sensor accompanied by a 5MP macro lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5MP depth sensor.
For selfies, the Samsung Galaxy A31 features a 20MP sensor on the front. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner for security and 3.5mm audio jack. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. A 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support fuels the phone.
