Samsung Galaxy A31 launch should be around the corner given how frequently it’s making the news. The recently bagged Wi-Fi Alliance certification, revealing that it’ll have dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity and boot Android 10 OS. Now, the Samsung Galaxy A31 has appeared on Geekbench with model number SM-A315F. It managed to score 349 points in single-core and 1,291 points in Geekbench 5.1 multi-core test, respectively. The listing also suggests the handset will be powered by the MediaTek MT6768V/CV, which could be the Helio P65 SoC, coupled with 4GB RAM. However, there could be other memory options, as well.

Talking about the other specifications, the SafetyKorea certification website confirmed the Samsung Galaxy A31 would pack a 5,000mAh battery, which could have fast-charging support. The phone is said to come with a 48MP primary rear camera accompanied by a 5MP macro photography unit. It’ll have two storage options: 64GB and 128GB that should be further expandable via microSD card. For selfies and video chats, the phone is said to rock a 25MP snapper. There could be a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.
