Samsung Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A30s have been in the rumour mill for several months now. Finally, the two smartphones have gone official in South Korea, though there are no details about their release yet. The two smartphones will be the follow-up to the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy A30 from earlier this year, respectively. The two new Samsung phones feature triple rear cameras, octa-core processors, in-display fingerprint sensors, and 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging. There is no official word yet about their respective prices.
Starting with the Samsung Galaxy A50s specifications, the smartphone will feature a 6.4-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display (1,080 x 2,340 pixels). The display panel will have an integrated fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. It will be powered by an octa-core processor (four 2.3GHz cores + four 1.7GHz cores), backed by 4GB and 6GB RAM options. The smartphone will come in 64GB and 128GB storage options, both with microSD card support up to 512GB for storage expansion.
On the back of the Samsung Galaxy A50s will be a triple camera setup, featuring a 48MP f/2.0 primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and 5MP depth sensor. We can see the rear camera setup will be stacked vertically on the top-left corner, with a LED flash below it. In the front is a 32MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The back panel seems to be brushed metal, with the Power and Volume hardware keys placed on the right edge. The smartphone has been listed to come in Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White, Prism Crush Violet, Prism Crush Green. It is said to weigh 169 grams and measure 158.5 x 74.5 x 7.7mm in size.
As for the Samsung Galaxy A30s specifications, you will get a smartphone with a 6.4-inch HD+ (720 x 1,520 pixels) Super AMOLED screen with Infinity-V display. It is listed with an octa-core processor (two cores at 1.8GHz + six cores at 1.6GHz), with users getting to choose between 3GB and 4GB RAM variants. On the storage front, the smartphone will come in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB onboard storage options and 512GB microSD card support.
Buyers will get a triple rear camera setup on the Samsung Galaxy A30s, with a 25MP f/1.7 primary sensor that is backed by an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP depth-of-field sensor. A 16MP f/2.0 camera sits on the front, in the V-shaped notch, to take care of selfies and video calls. A 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging powers the smartphone, which has an in-display fingerprint sensor. Colour options will be the same as that of Samsung Galaxy A50s: Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White, Prism Crush Violet, and Prism Crush Green. It will reportedly measure 158.5 x 74.7 x 7.8mm in size and weigh 166 grams.
