The Samsung Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A70s prices in India have been discounted temporarily in offline stores. The South Korean company has announced a discount of up to Rs 3,000 on the handsets. The offline-only scheme is valid from December 13th to December 31st. Talking about the Galaxy A50s, its price in India starts at Rs 19,999 following the price cut. This is for the phone’s 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and Black/ Violet colour options, which otherwise costs Rs 20,999. The handset’s the 6GB RAM (128GB storage) option in Black and Violet hues are available at Rs 20,999 instead of Rs 21,999.
The Galaxy A50s white colour option, meanwhile, is available with Rs 2,000 discount. The handset’s base 4GB RAM variant could be fetched at Rs 18,999, while 6GB RAM variant at Rs 19,999. The Galaxy A70s price in India, on the other hand, is down by Rs 3,000 across RAM and colour variants. The phone’s 6GB RAM variant is available at Rs 25,999 instead of Rs 28,999, whereas the top-end 8GB RAM option will set you back to Rs 27,999. The A70s comes in Prism Crush Red, Prism Crush Black, and Prism Crush White hues.
The temporary price cut on the Galaxy A70s and Galaxy A50s comes a day after the launch of their respective successors Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51 globally. The new Galaxy A series 2020 handsets flaunt a Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with centred punch-hole and L-shaped camera setup. While the Galaxy A51 sports 48MP quad rear cameras, the Galaxy A71 rocks 64MP quad rear cameras. Both the offerings are powered by an octa-core chipset and run Samsung’s One UI 2.0 with Android 10 OS out of the box. Other highlights include a beefy battery cell, fast charging tech, in-display fingerprint scanner, and gradient finish.
