The handset was launched back in September as an offshoot to the standard Galaxy A52. Samsung Galaxy A52s sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh, a 2,400 X 1,080 pixels resolution, punch-hole display for the selfie snapper, and 800nits brightness. It runs on Android 11 based OneUI 3.1 custom skin out of the box. The company is promising three years of OS updates.

The Galaxy A52s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G coupled with Adreno 642L GPU. It packs up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage that is further expandable via a microSD card (up to 1TB). The phone is equipped with Dolby Atmos, Samsung Pay, an IP67 rating for water resistance, an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, and stereo speakers.
