“Samsung Galaxy A70s mid-range phone is expected to come with Snapdragon 675 SoC, run on Android 9.0 Pie, and feature dual-SIM support”
Samsung Galaxy A70s India launch could be right around the corner as the phone has been in the news for quite some time now. We exclusively reported the Galaxy A70s poster that was spotted alongside the Galaxy A30s and A50s smartphones that were launched in India recently. Now, according to industry sources, the Samsung Galaxy A70s price in India will be Rs 32,990 and it will pack a 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone is expected to be Samsung’s first handset to feature the Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 64MP sensor, though details regarding the rest of the sensors are a mystery for now.
Furthermore, the Galaxy A70s Geekbench listing suggests it would be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 675 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage, which is likely user expandable. The handset managed to score 2,365 points in the single-core test and 6,372 in multi-core scores, respectively. It is likely to ship with Android 9.0 Pie with One UI custom skin on top. The handset could rock a waterdrop notch to accommodate the selfie snapper.
The Samsung Galaxy A70s with model number SM-A707F/DSM was also certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance recently. It would support dual-band Wi-Fi and have dual-SIM support. Unfortunately, nothing much is known about the Galaxy A70s at the moment, but we should learn more information in the next couple of weeks. There is a possibility the Samsung Galaxy A70s could launch sometime later this month or in early October.
