Samsung Galaxy A71 launched in India on Wednesday with a price tag of Rs 29,999. This, however, is a 4G-only model that is powered by a Snapdragon 730 SoC. It seems Samsung also has a 5G version of the Galaxy A71 up its sleeve, and this version was spotted on Geekbench with model number SM-A7160. The Geekbench listing revealed some key Galaxy A71 5G specifications and the phone managed to score 3,078 in the single-core test and 7,346 in the multi-core test. According to the listing, the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G will get the Exynos 980 SoC paired with 8GB RAM. The listing also suggests the handset would run on the latest Android 10.

The Samsung Galaxy A71 4G sports a 6.7-inch full HD+ Infinity-O Super AMOLED Plus display with 2,400 x 1,080 pixels resolution and is powered by a 2.2Ghz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor with Adreno 618 GPU. It packs 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage that is further expandable up to 512GB via a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 10 with One UI 2.0 custom layer on top.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy A71 features a quad-camera setup at the back consisting of a 64MP (f/1.8) primary sensor, a 5MP (f/2.4) macro lens, a 12MP (f/2.2) wide-angle lens with 123-degree field of view and a 5MP (f/2.2) depth sensor for portrait shots. On the front, there is a 32MP snapper for selfies and video chats. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. A 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support fuels the handset.
