This unique approach will give the smartphone a full-screen design while sidestepping the ugly notch we see of many a handset these days. Now, the Samsung Galaxy A8s has been certified by Chinese certification agency TENAA, revealing all the key specifications and images of the smartphone.
The Samsung Galaxy A8s specifications listed by TENAA include a 6.39-inch display, 3,300mAh battery, and dual SIM, dual standby functionality. Also mentioned in the listing are 4G LTE support and 158.4 x 74.9 x 7.4mm dimensions. It also mentions the device will have the model number SM-G8870.
In terms of design, the Samsung Galaxy A8s images show the front panel with a small hole in the top left corner where the selfie camera will be located. We can see a single button on the left edge, likely for to activate Bixby voice assistant. On the right edge are the Power and Volume buttons. On the back panel, the smartphone appears in gradient Silver and Black colours. The triple rear camera setup in vertical alignment has been used in the Galaxy A8s and a LED flash below it.
