“The Samsung Galaxy A90 is expected to be a premium device with Snapdragon 855 processor and 5G support”
While Samsung has already released a dozen Galaxy A series devices this year, some leaks in the past have hinted at a new Galaxy A90 handset being prepped to add to the series. However, things have been confusing on this front as some tipsters claim the the handset will be a part of a new R series while others are of the opinion that it will be announced as the Galaxy A90. The identity-confusion aside, @OnLeaks recently tweeted that the two models that are believed to be variants of the Galaxy A90 — SM-A905/ SM-A908 — will not feature any pop-up or slider camera design.
In addition, just because some are suggesting the likely #GalaxyA90 Series called devices (SM-A905/A908) will come with a #GalaxyA80 like camera system. According to my sources, no pop-up or slider camera or anything like this expected on these models…

The above-mentioned models are thought to be 4G and 5G variants of the Samsung Galaxy A90, respectively. The other new information is that the handsets could be coming with an Infinity-U display which is weird considering it is one of Samsung’s choices for lower-end phones. More new details that have surfaced today suggest the SM-A908 to get a full HD+ Super AMOLED panel with both the variants boasting a massive 6.7-inch display. As per previous leaks, whatever the two models end up being named, they are expected to sport the latest flagship Snapdragon 855 SoC, a first for the A series this year. In terms of camera, the two variants differ ever so slightly with the SM-A905 said to have a 48 MP + 12 MP + 5 MP setup and a new Tilt OIS feature. The supposed 5G model replaces the 12MP sensor with an 8MP one in a traditional camera setup on the rear. Some previous leaks have also hinted at a 45W fast charge feature debuting with the phones but launch details or even an official declaration are yet to be seen from Samsung so far.
